My favorite Pixar films in order? I thought you'd never ask:
The Incredibles
Finding Nemo
Toy Story 2
Ratatouille
Wall-E
Toy Story
Monsters, Inc.
Cars does not appear on the list because that one just doesn't work for me. At all.

Hey Mr. G -
The "one that doesn't work" for me would have to be WALL-E, which was just great in the first half of the film and fell hard into heavy-handed social commentary for it's second half. I thought it was a giant bore.
A Bug's Life is another one that only required one viewing for me.
CARS is great as long as you get past the fact the it's just DOC HOLLYWOOD starring automobile characters.
Plotting is not Pixar's strong suit - characters and animation are what make them a great studio.
